Craig Marchand
Director, AI Adoption and the Future of Work
Craig Marchand helps organizations translate the possibilities of AI into better ways of working. As Director, AI Adoption and the Future of Work at Bronson.AI, he leads the development and delivery of services that equip leaders and teams to adopt AI, redesign workflows and build lasting organizational capability.
Craig brings more than 20 years of experience across strategy, innovation and organizational transformation. At BDO Canada, he led AI capability-building initiatives that helped professionals apply emerging technology to real business challenges. His background spans management consulting, public policy, systems thinking and service design.
His work addresses both the immediate opportunities and the deeper changes AI introduces: how people exercise judgment, how teams organize work, and how leaders turn new capabilities into measurable results. He combines practical learning with workflow experimentation, helping client teams develop approaches they can operate and improve themselves.
At Bronson, Craig connects this human and organizational perspective with the firm’s data, analytics and AI delivery capabilities. His guiding purpose is to elevate human potential—helping people do better work and organizations become more capable, adaptable and effective.
