Bronson.AI was tasked with replicating an existing Excel dashboard using Tableau. Specifically, Bronson.AI developed multiple Tableau dashboards for a telecommunications agency’s Data Collection System (DCS), intended for an internal audience to monitor the reported operational details of telecommunications service providers. Due to confidentiality requirements, the majority of the dashboard development was carried out on-site at the telecommunications agency’s offices.

The DCS data is hosted on an on-site SQL Server, and queries were employed to extract the necessary datasets for the dashboards. The development process involved several interviews with internal representatives to define key parameters, identify and connect data sources, and integrate the agency’s design specifications, including the use of the CRTC’s color palette and font styles. Additionally, the dashboards were designed with functionality to toggle between English and French versions for bilingual support.

Bronson.AI successfully developed multiple Tableau dashboards customized to the telecommunications agency’s needs for monitoring the operational details of telecommunications service providers. By utilizing queries, Bronson.AI extracted datasets from the on-site SQL Server to populate the dashboards.
